Krystina Te Kanawa has been a highly valued member of the Country99TV network team for the past year and a half. As our television hair/makeup artist, she skilfully handled up to six to eight studio guests and three TV presenters on a weekly basis, as we recorded three prime time national current affairs TV shows back-to-back. I have to say Krystina did a fantastic job with our hair and makeup for my wedding. She not only did my hair and makeup but also my four bridesmaids and my flowergirl!! The only time she stopped was to pose for a group photo! She has an absolute talent and knows how to bring out ones natural beauty, what I also loved was the fact my face didn’t feel like it had a tonne of makeup and it lasted the distance, tears and all! On my wedding day it was great having Krystina and her colleague do our hair and makeup at home. It made the day very relaxing as we did not have to be anywhere at any particular time (except the ceremony of course). They made the six of us look amazing – both Mums, the bridesmaids, my sister and myself. The choice to have hair and make up done at our house was the best decision as we were then able to drink, eat and chat in comfort while getting ready.
